Hacienda la Esperanza wordt door initiator, landgoederenonderneming en
`rederij` Forest Returns bv beschouwd als haar vlaggenschip van de
vloot van zeilschepen.

After three intensive years of fertile coorporation, Dutchman Theo de
Wijs as "Gerente General" of Hacienda la Esperanza, the flagship of the
fleet of Forest Returns in Costa Rica, was elected Captain of the Year
2008.

During my last visit to Hacienda la Esperanza Theo (as "Gerente
General" through Petimpex SA) and I (as "Presidente" of La Compañia la
Esperanza Internacional de Heredia S.A. through Forest Returns bv) have
signed a new management contract for the next coming three years: 2009,
2010 and 2011.
As a special personal present I will buy him a fierry Arabian stallion
when I visit Costa Rica again. This stallian may be the future mate of
my own Arabian mare "Candalilla".
